At Beautybata, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every order placed through beautybata.com is delivered promptly, securely, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how BEAUTYBATA SHOP LLC manages order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer — but don’t worry, you’ll receive real-time email updates as your order moves through each stage.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable and efficient delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous United States

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or destination distance.

Shipping Coverage

Beautybata proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • The carrier’s information

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link to monitor your package in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All shipments are sent FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the carrier accepts it. If the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered,” the delivery is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, or delayed, please:

  1. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or others who might have received the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your order is still missing, contact us at support@beautybata.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist where possible. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a report directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Policy

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you immediately. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping costs may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding original shipping charges)

Multiple Shipments

For faster fulfillment, some orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will include a unique tracking number for your convenience.
