Every order is handled with attention to detail — and if something doesn’t go as planned, our team will resolve it quickly and fairly, keeping your satisfaction as our top priority.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order details — including size, color, and quantity — carefully before completing checkout.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact support@beautybata.com and include your order number for faster processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If you made an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.
✅ Eligible for return if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The product differs significantly from its online description
❌ Not eligible for return if:
The item has been used, washed, or altered
It has minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
It’s missing original tags or packaging
The damage was not caused by Beautybata
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund request, email support@beautybata.com and include:
⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for updates.

Return window: 120 days from delivery
Return shipping cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was caused by Beautybata)
Beautybata is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
